“There is a candle in your heart, ready to be kindled. There is a void in your soul, ready to be filled. You feel it, don’t you?”

Equine Facilitated Learning
EFL summarised defines the relationship between horses and humans working collaboratively together. Horses have an innate ability to read us; they can see through any facade we may portray.
Horses are a prey animal; in the wild, they became highly adaptive to their environment. Their life depends on it and they need to react immediately to perceived predators in order to survive.
Horses are masters of assessing anyone or anything within their boundaries. Their fine-tuned neurological and instinctual nature makes them an excellent natural-born polygraph (simplified, you cannot fool them, trick them, or coerce them). It is these qualities that make the humble horse such a powerful accessory to work with.
Programs can be personalised, and custom made to cater for specific groups e.g., At risk youth, special needs students, war veterans, indigenous groups, women’s groups. (Maximum 10 people, minimum 6).
